I’ve been coaching now at different levels for 10 years inc Chelsea, Charlton, Burton Albion, etc, UEFA license, and my teams in past have played Hiltop and I always liked their style of play. Initially, when speaking with Abdullah we shared many similar ideas so it was a natural fit for me. The club has done fantastic things in the past and is always looking to improve and together I’m convinced they can progress even further. This season will be a great challenge for all as it’s a step up and our aim is to compete in every game and be amongst the top end.
